St Andrew’s Healthcare are offering a FREE five week “Introduction to Stress Management” course. This will benefit anybody who is having difficulty managing their stress or where stress is having an impact on their daily life. Causes of stress might be balancing work and life, parenting, stress in the workplace, managing a health condition, caring for a member of the family.
During the five-week course, we will cover:
By the end of the course, you will have a range of tools and techniques available to effectively manage your stress, allowing you to focus on living a happier and healthier life.
The course runs at St Andrew’s Healthcare on Tuesday evenings from 6 – 8pm and starts on Tuesday 2 July:

Session 3 Tuesday 16 July Identifying barriers to change
Session 4 Tuesday 23 July The importance of good sleep
