About

Dr Sophie Littler began working as an Assistant Psychologist in 2000 and completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2006. She has been working for St Andrew’s Private Therapy clinic since 2016.

Dr Littler has had training and experience in many different types of psychological therapy. This enables her to offer individualised care based on the person she is working with and their individual needs, rather than treating people based on a generic diagnosis or label.

"I encourage people to use the strengths, skills and interests they already possess in addition to learning new skills and coping strategies. I believe that it is vital for people to be given a choice and to feel empowered in managing their own recovery." - Dr Sophie Littler
