If you are working, it can be beneficial to keep track of your workload and talk to your manager if it is too much.

The National Autistic Society website has lots of information about what support you can ask for in the workplace. This may include changes to the way the organisation manages communication and social situations, the working environment, flexibility and predictability, and workload and task management.

The National Autistic Society have also published a useful guide to help organisations support their autistic colleagues; if you would like to share it with your workplace it can be downloaded here.
