We are based at 80 Billing Road, Northampton, NN1 5DF. The clinic is easily accessible via local bus routes. We also offer free parking onsite.

By car: Our post code is NN1 5DF. We’ll send you a map to help guide your visit. For precise navigation, you can use the What3Words location: lovely.feels.scared. Free parking is available inside the grounds of St Andrew's Healthcare, adjacent to the clinic.
When you arrive at our clinic, simply press the buzzer at the entrance and give your name. One of our friendly team members will buzz you in.
Reception: You'll be welcomed at reception by one of our staff, who will sign you in and answer any questions you may have. We’re here to make you feel comfortable and supported.
Refreshments and waiting area: Feel free to help yourself to complimentary refreshments while you wait. Our waiting area is designed to be a peaceful space where you can relax before your session.
Your clinician will come to greet you personally and guide you to a private, comfortable therapy room. Each space is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a safe and confidential environment where you can speak freely and feel at ease.
Once your appointment finishes, you’re welcome to take a moment to gather yourself before heading out. If you have any follow-up questions or need to book another session, our reception team will be happy to assist.
